Looking for a strong EUC technical resource is required to provide L3 level support and troubleshoot complex user issues that may cut across service lines. Minimum of 3+ years of experience.

Provide 2nd level helpdesk/onsite support to users and VIPs on Desktop / Notebook / Mobile / Peripherals / VC / AC, update software patches. Ticket analysis, root cause investigation, and the development and enhancement of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Highly skilled and experienced Senior EUC Deskside Support Engineer to provide comprehensive deskside support for end users. This role requires strong technical expertise in Windows environments, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. The engineer will play a key role in maintaining and improving end-user computing services, ensuring seamless support and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site deskside support for Windows 11/MacOS computers and related hardware.
  • Assist with iPhone enrollment and management using Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage and maintain Windows imaging and deployment processes.
  • Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Create, update, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for support processes.
  • Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Interface directly with end users to resolve technical issues and provide guidance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
