This position is central to the global expansion and optimization of our ETRM ecosystem. You will partner with external vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to drive post-go-live enhancements and lead global rollout initiatives. Your expertise will be critical across the full project lifecycle - from technical design and infrastructure setup to data migration and go-live execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact system enhancements and support the subsequent global deployment of ETRM solutions.
- Actively contribute to requirements validation, technical design, and infrastructure setup. You will manage the execution of test plans and complex data migration strategies.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Software Designers to address functional requirements and navigate technical challenges within the system architecture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the local user community, providing essential system administration and expert support post-implementation.
- Partner with the development team to manage daily incidents and change requests. You will help refine the business support model, ensuring all operations meet established SLA metrics.
- Identify, document, and escalate system bugs or enhancement requests to vendors. You will be responsible for tracking these through to resolution, including rigorous testing in UAT environments before live deployment.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of systems analysis and support experience within the ETRM, Trading, or Fintech sectors.
- Proven experience as a core project member for major ETRM platforms (e.g., Aspect, Enuit, Openlink, Allegro, or Triple Point).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization. You should be comfortable performing deep-dives into databases to support business logic.
- Solid background in L1/L2 support with a holistic understanding of the commodity trading value chain. You should be a system champion who can engage end-users to drive the adoption of new digital initiatives
