RESPONSIBLITIES

Sales Support

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative ETF analytics of the global ETF universe to select the best-in-class ETFs for clients based on their specific requirements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and client-mapping reports by extracting sales intelligence from publicly available sources to support sales activities and strategy development.
  • Support the Head of Department by drafting responses to client enquiries and meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain sales database - including entering contacts and meeting notes - to keep records current and enable timely management monitoring of team activities.
  • Route enquiries promptly to the appropriate internal teams.

Infrastructure Enhancement

  • Build macros and Excel templates to meet evolving business needs for performance monitoring, customized marketing reports and analytics.

Collateral Maintenance

  • Update and create marketing materials regularly to ensure our most up-to-date marketing messages are communicated accurately and effectively to target audiences.

Administration

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Head of Department, including the accurate and timely processing of departmental claims and expense reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg proficiency; VBA skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with internal partners and collaborate on projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of integrity and fiduciary responsibility; ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with generalist sales, marketing and product specialist teams across headquarters and the Singapore office.
  • Flexible, positive attitude and a self-motivated commitment to excellence.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and delivers results.
  • Operates with focus and efficiency, maximizing time and resources.
