YOUR ROLE
- Working independently, accountable to manage and lead a group of Maintenance staffs in achieving the best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.
- Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support staffs.
- Translates the requirements of Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- 5 years of Wafer Fabrication Industrial
- Familiar with LAM Rainbow, 4520XLE, Exelan HPT and AMAT SuperE Tools Set
