YOUR ROLE
- Working independently, accountable to manage and lead a group of Maintenance staffs in achieving the best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.
- Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support staffs.
- Translates the requirements of Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of Wafer Fabrication Industrial
- Familiar with LAM Rainbow, 4520XLE, Exelan HPT or AMAT SuperE Tools Set
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control, reliability improvement, and operational excellence.
- Leadership capability to coach, support, and develop maintenance staff.
