The Company

A well-established organization in the professional services industry is currently seeking an Accounts / Tax Associate to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role supports corporate tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and client advisory work across a diverse portfolio of Singapore-based clients.

You will be involved in preparing corporate income tax computations and filings, unaudited financial statements in accordance with SFRS/SFRS for Small Entities, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and adjusting entries, as well as handling individual tax matters where required.

You will also assist with tax planning and advisory assignments, liaise with IRAS on client queries and audits, maintain accurate compliance documentation, and stay updated on changes in tax regulations and guidelines.

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision, working closely with internal and external accounting teams, and supporting year-end reporting and ad-hoc projects.

Your Profile

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field, with progress towards ACCA, CA (Singapore), or an equivalent professional qualification being an advantage. At least 1 year of relevant experience in Singapore corporate tax, audit, or unaudited financial statement preparation, preferably within an accounting, audit, or corporate services firm, is preferred. Candidates should have a good understanding of Singapore tax regulations and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks, with familiarity with the IRAS myTax Portal being an advantage.
