The Company

Our client is a global leader in the entertainment and events space and they are seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to join our fast-paced, creative organization and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy across Singapore and the APAC region.

The Role

As Senior Finance Manager, you will lead a team of 3 and oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting, and reporting activities for our Singapore operations. You will also manage the consolidation of regional costs across APAC, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with HQ standards.

This role is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with the Managing Director to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a diverse portfolio of entertainment projects and events.

Your responsibilities include

• Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions for Singapore
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Consolidate regional costs across APAC and liaise with HQ on reporting
• Partner with the Managing Director on budgeting and forecasting for events
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
• Drive process improvements and financial controls
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience

• CPA/CA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within entertainment, media, or events
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting, reporting, and financial planning
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills
• Experience with regional consolidation and multi-country operations
