A well-established company in the marine industry is currently seeking a 6 months contract HR Consultant to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role involves reviewing and optimizing the organization's end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, payroll, performance management, and offboarding processes. The incumbent will assess existing HR workflows and data management practices across the parent company, subsidiaries, and associates to identify inefficiencies and process bottlenecks. Based on this assessment, they will redesign and standardize HR workflows across business units while allowing for necessary local flexibility and review the Employee Handbook and HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with modern best practices.
The position also requires developing a comprehensive HR Playbook with standardized templates, conducting a needs assessment for a new HRIS, researching and shortlisting suitable vendors capable of supporting multi-entity and multi-currency operations, and presenting a cost-benefit analysis with an implementation roadmap.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience. This experience should include a strong foundation in an HR generalist role, followed by specialized expertise in evaluating HR operations, and designing effective processes, frameworks, and policies to improve organizational efficiency and governance.
