The Company

A well-established company in the energy industry is currently seeking a HR Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role

This role is responsible for leading Talent Attraction and Recruitment across Malaysia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and other APAC subsidiaries including developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, enhancing workflows in the absence of an ATS, and evaluating suitable recruitment tools to improve efficiency. The incumbent partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, ensure strong candidate fit, and apply foundational Compensation & Benefits knowledge (preferably with exposure to Mercer methodologies) to design competitive salary packages and provide HR advisory support. The role also drives Employer Branding initiatives across the employee lifecycle by collaborating with HR teams to position the organization as an employer of choice in the APAC region. Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to overseas branches, the individual provides insights and solutions to support organizational goals, collaborates with management to implement people initiatives that enhance business performance, and travels as required to support regional offices and projects.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 8years of progressive HR experience, beginning in a generalist capacity before specializing in talent attraction and employer branding. Currently operating at Manager level, the candidate must possess regional HR experience across APA Cand a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regional regulatory frameworks.
