THE ROLE

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio to drive business growth
Source candidates proactively using in-house databases and job portals
Deliver consultative recruitment solutions across multiple industries
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement
Prepare client proposals and manage client and candidate expectations

REQUIREMENTS

Degree or Diploma with 2-10 years of recruitment experience, or strong industry experience with a keen interest in recruitment
Results-driven, outgoing, and equipped with excellent communication skills
Comfortable managing specialized roles across multiple industries
Proven track record in achieving sales revenue targets
Able to independently drive business discussions and deliver best-fit candidates to clients
