What The Role Is
Join the Housing Maintenance Department to support the HDB Zones in providing quality housing & maintenance services to the residents, maintaining high service standards across public housing estates.
What You Will Be Working On
- Address residents maintenance concerns including ceiling leaks, spalling concrete, and structural defects
- Conduct site inspections to ensure contractors meet contract specifications and safety requirements
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance cases and work progress
- Coordinate repair solutions and communicate updates to residents

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
