What You Will Be Working On

You will be part of a dynamic team in an HDB Office to manage various improvement projects and to serve the residents by providing quality housing & maintenance services.

As an HDB Estate Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team in an HDB Office to manage various improvement projects. This includes improvement works to HDB car parks and sprucing up of HDB flats. The job scope includes management of consultants and contractors and contract administration matters such as processing payments, claims, assessing the need for variation works, extension of time. It also includes conducting site audits and liaison with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of projects to be on time, on budget and of high quality.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for candidates who have effective communication skills, a passion to serve, the ability to work independently, confidence and assertiveness, and a willingness to learn.

Candidate must possess background in construction-related discipline. Having relevant technical background and/or experience would be advantageous.

Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract and will be based at HDB Hub, Toa Payoh.
