ISO Consultants Pte. Ltd. (ICPL) supports Singapore SMEs, MNCs and public-sector organisations in Sustainability Reporting, ESG compliance, ISO Standards, EHS, Information Security and Digital Trust.

Role Summary

Lead ESG and Sustainability projects aligned with Singapore's regulatory and environmental requirements, including NEA, PUB, BCA, NCCS, IMDA, Enterprise Singapore and, where relevant, SGX sustainability reporting expectations. Support clients in ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and ISO-based environmental frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare ESG & Sustainability Reports aligned to GRI / ISSB / SGX Core Metrics.
Conduct Materiality Assessments tailored to Singapore industry context.
Perform Scope 1 & 2 carbon accounting (Scope 3 optional) based on:
NCCS National GHG Protocol
Singapore Carbon Tax requirements (where applicable)
Support NEA (waste, environmental health), PUB (water), SCDF (fire safety) & MOM regulatory compliance.
Assist in BCA Green Mark, energy efficiency KPIs and sustainability scorecards.
Implement ISO 14001 / ISO 20121 / ISO 50001.
Benchmark sustainability performance against Singapore sector peers.
Develop SG-specific sustainability KPIs, policies, procedures and data templates.
Facilitate client workshops and sustainability awareness sessions.

Requirements

Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years ESG / sustainability / environmental experience.
Good understanding of Singapore environmental regulations (NEA, PUB, SCDF, MOM).
Familiar with GRI, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, TCFD, NCCS, BCA Green Mark.
Strong writing, analysis, stakeholder and client management skills.
