Escape Room Operations Crew (Front Desk, Game Master & Venue Support)

We are looking for a customer-focused Escape Room Operations Crew member to support the day-to-day operations of our venue.

Key responsibilities:

. Welcome guests, manage bookings and handle cashiering/payment duties

. Brief guests on game rules and safety requirements

. Monitor game sessions, provide timely clues and ensure a smooth guest experience

. Reset escape-room themes and props between sessions, and carry out cleaning and basic venue upkeep

. Support customer service, basic sales and other assigned outlet operations

Requirements:

. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to serve customers

. Service-industry, front-desk or cashiering experience is preferred

. Responsible, attentive, physically able to handle room reset and cleaning duties

. Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore
