ERP System Consultant (Netsuite) - West

Our client, an established player in the cyber security space, the company delivers solutions that enhance security posture, improve network visibility, and optimise infrastructure performance. It works closely with enterprise clients to support secure, scalable, and reliable digital operations across the region.

The ERP Consultant will work closely with customers to understand requirements, contribute to solution design, implement ERP systems, provide support, and deliver end-user training. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and advising on business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse requirements from customers, users, consultants, and documentation (BRD/FRD)
• Participate in solution/product design sessions and maintain documentation
• Implement ERP solutions on-site or remotely
• Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Advise customers on process improvements and ERP best practices
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in ERP implementation and support; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of one or more business areas: Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Project & Service Management, Manufacturing, CRM/Support
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• General knowledge of software development/customization
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous
