We are looking for an ERP Project Manager to join a regional electronics manufacturing company. This is a high-impact role ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess a strong background in operations, digital transformation, and process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the end-to-end design of core business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure all business requirements are captured and integrated into the overall solution.
- Collaborate with Business Solution and Process Leads to resolve design issues and prioritise key decisions.
- Support benefit realisation by embedding measurable KPIs into the design and tracking them through delivery.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring the solution meets both functional and technical needs.
- Coordinate with testing teams to define test scenarios and lead integration, regression, and UAT phases.
- Identify key business changes and support the Business Change team in driving adoption.
- Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts, such as capability maps and process documentation.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and assess change requests and business cases where required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's of science (Information technology/Computer Science is a must)
- Proven success in implementing ERP System
- Experience in Electronics Industry
