ERP Financial Consultant

As a Financial Consultant, you are the subject matter expert responsible for ensuring that our ERP implementations are architected with absolute financial integrity. Your primary focus is to bridge the gap between complex ERP functionality and the rigorous requirements of global and local accounting standards.

Working closely with Lead and Functional Consultants, you will translate business operations into sound financial workflows. You will be the financial anchor on project teams, ensuring that system configurations-from Chart of Accounts (COA) design to automated tax engines-comply with IFRS and SFRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards). This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of accounting logic and system automation.

Responsibilities:

. Financial Process Design: Collaborate with project leads to design and configure ERP financial modules in accordance with IFRS and SFRS standards.

. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all system setups for taxation, revenue recognition, and asset management adhere to global and local accounting principles.

. Group Consolidation: Lead the design and implementation of multi-company consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and unified reporting.

. Functional Alignment: Support the broader consulting team in mapping operational activities (Inventory, Sales, Procurement) to correct General Ledger posting rules.

. Financial Reporting: Design and build advanced financial reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into group-level performance.

. Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving complex financial data discrepancies and reconciliation issues during and after implementation.
