Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for both currentstate stabilization and future solution delivery, including:
- Conduct a current-state analysis of the UL tool and organize business/system requirements for the enhancement.
- Lead requirement definition and development scheduling with the local development vendor, DynamIQ.
- Communicate daily with local users (Accounting/Finance), DynamIQ, and provide reporting to the GM (Japanese expat).
- Work onsite in the Philippines during the initial phase team, who is currently supporting the client locally.
- The member is expected to stay on-site until the UL tool modification and the MOCA-related uploader components are completed.
- Acting as the primary coordination point with local Accounting/Finance users, development partners, and senior local management.
- Providing regular status updates and reporting to local management, including Japanese expatriate leadership.
- Collaborating closely with the SAP S/4HANA global implementation team to ensure alignment with the new ERP (MOCA).
- Working onsite in the Philippines during the initial phase to support requirement clarification, development kickoff, and issue resolution.
- Remaining engaged until completion of UL tool enhancements and S/4HANAaligned uploader components.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of endtoend accounting and finance processes
- Experience working with financial data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Exposure to SAP FI or SAPbased financial systems is preferred but not mandatory
- Functional SAP support will be available from the global ERP team
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across locations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management
- Experience working with external development vendors is highly desirable
Working Model
- Hybrid engagement (On-site in the Philippines during the initial project phase, work from Singapore thereafter)
- Flexibility to return onsite in the Philippines again if required, depending on project progress and business needs
