Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go-live.
Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them from UAT.
Create a user manual and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement defined.
Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.
Support the sales team during pre-sales by creating and presenting a demo.
Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required.
Prepare MoM in English or other specific language if required.
Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small to medium-sized projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master's degree in business management is an advantage.
3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation.
Strong knowledge of the Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
Language Skills: Native/Fluent in English is required, while proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore to be considered for this position.
