Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SCCM Administrator (Patch Management) to support endpoint management, patch deployment, and system compliance within a healthcare environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring all systems are secure, updated, and aligned with regulatory requirements, while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end patch management lifecycle (assessment, testing, deployment, reporting)
- Deploy Microsoft Windows updates, security patches, and third-party updates
- Administer and support SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Create and manage software packages, deployments, and device collections
- Monitor patch deployment status and troubleshoot issues
- Generate patch compliance and audit reports
- Perform software packaging, testing, and distribution
- Support OS deployment, imaging, and endpoint management
- Ensure compliance with security policies and healthcare standards
- Work closely with internal teams for change management and system updates
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SCCM / patch management
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager)
- Experience in Windows patching and third-party application updates
- Knowledge of software packaging and deployment processes
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows environments
- Experience in patch reporting and compliance monitoring
