ERP Account Manager

Job Descriprion:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
• Understand client business processes and pain points to recommend suitable ERP modules and solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and RFP responses professionally and accurately.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and follow up on qualified leads.
• Update and manage CRM systems with sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 2-5 years sales experience, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (finance, supply chain, HR, CRM).
• Skilled in solution/consultative selling and full sales cycle management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, prospect, and build client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings.
