Equity Research Associate / Fixed Income Research Associate / Credit Research Analyst

Role Description The Equity Research Associate / Fixed Income Research Associate / Credit Research Analyst is responsible for analyzing companies, sectors, and debt instruments relevant to clients and internal stakeholders. This remote role involves building and maintaining financial models, conducting fundamental and credit analysis, and preparing clear research reports, presentations, and recommendations. The associate monitors market developments, macroeconomic trends, and capital structure changes, providing timely insights on investment risks and opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include working with operational and financial data, collaborating with colleagues across functions, and supporting decision-making related to investments, financing, and project planning.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for quantitative and qualitative analysis of companies, sectors, and credit profiles.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear written research, presentations, and collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
• Financial Modeling and Finance expertise for building valuation, scenario, and credit risk models.
• Knowledge of Investments, including fixed income, credit instruments, and equity markets, and their risk/return characteristics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial databases, and research tools; comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, transportation, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
