EQUITIES ANALYST

#Responsibilities

• Analyze company financial statements to evaluate performance, identify risks, and propose optimization opportunities.

• Conduct industry research on policy, market, competition, and technology trends to support strategic decisions.

• Apply professional financial analysis methods to uncover operational issues and deliver actionable insights.

• Support portfolio management and ongoing performance monitoring.
  ()

• Assist in investment strategy formulation, risk analysis, and decision-making.
  ()

• Prepare high-quality investment reports, proposals, and presentations.
  ()

• Participate in deal structuring and execution for M&A and direct investments.
  ()

Relevant Work Experience

• Experience in investment management in a formal employment capacity, and
  ()

• Experience in deal structuring for mergers & acquisitions, particularly for candidates focusing on private equity, venture capital, or direct investments
  ()

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  ()

• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and valuation methods
  ()

• Good communication, presentation, and reporting abilities
  ()

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
  ()

• Excellent ability to interpret financial data of listed companies and analyze industry development trends
  ()

• Capable of effectively assisting investment consultants in decision-making by leveraging professional knowledge and enthusiasm for securities and listing processes
  ()

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree, Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  ()

• Those with professional qualifications such as CFA, MBA, CPA, CMA are preferred
  ( CFAMBACPACMA )

• Fluency in Chinese and English, including strong written, reading, and spoken communication skills, is required for this role.
