Equipment Maintenance & Production Technician
We're looking for a skilled Equipment Maintenance & Production Technician to join our growing team. If you're hands-on with machinery, thrive in a fast-paced production setting, and take pride in keeping equipment running smoothly, this could be the right fit for you.
What You'll Do
- Operate, calibrate, and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on automated, PLC-controlled systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components, conveyors, drives, servo motors, and cam-driven equipment.
- Set up and verify large-scale safety equipment for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain production documents (SOPs, batch records, inventory, productivity reports).
- Train and support fellow technicians with equipment know-how.
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and precision adjustment skills.
- Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled equipment and electrical troubleshooting (advantageous).
Shifts That Work for You
We offer options so you can balance work with life:
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
- Flexible Work Week: 4, 5, or 6 days per week
- Paid breaks: 1 meal break + 2 tea breaks daily
