Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead the Autonomous Production Cell and assist in the planning of production activities
- Operate and manage all different production equipment to generate the best desired output, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair(MTTR)
- Operates in accordance with the checklists, monitoring procedures, mini specification and any engineering instructions in compliance with customers requirement and internal quality standards
- Perform root cause analysis of production issues and provide corrective actions
- Perform real-time equipment troubleshooting, repair, calibration and conduct periodic and non-periodic equipment preventive maintenance
- Involved in product and process analysis and participate in improvement projects pertaining to yield, people productivity, equipment efficiency and cost reduction
- Manage spare part inventory and maintain the production facility clean and safe.
- Conduct technical trainings to production personnel to achieve desired goals
- Maintain production documentations and generate routine and ad-hoc reports
- Ensure that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps
- Perform daily 5S housekeeping and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Job Requirement:
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 years of relevant experience in process/ manufacturing engineering in semiconductor industry
- Familiar with Die Bonder, Wire Bonder, Encapsulation and/or Tester preferred
- Well-versed and have the ability to understand electrical and pneumatic schematics in semiconductor industry
- Able to work 12-hour permanent day or night shifts
