Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) on all test platforms and inspection machines (including but not limited to ICT, AXI, Flying Probe, IC offline Programmers, and Barcode label printers) according to the checklists.
Follow and comply with equipment regulatory and safety requirements.
Conduct first-level troubleshooting on production line test equipment to resolve hardware or software errors quickly to minimize production downtime.
Assist in the physical setup and changeover of functional testers, ensuring correct fixtures and programs are loaded.
Carry out basic repairs on test fixtures and cables, escalating complex issues to the Senior Engineering Assistant.
Accurately record all maintenance activities and machine downtime in the system.
Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools are returned to designated spots (5S compliance).
Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
Work on different shifts as required to support dynamic production schedules and operational needs.

Job Requirements
Nitec or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a PCBA manufacturing environment.
Preferably with Keysight 3070 ICT, ViTrox AXI, or TAKAYA Flying Probe experience.
Basic knowledge of tester troubleshooting skills to locate the fault.
Preferably able to operate an oscilloscope, multi-meter, and other instruments for fault finding.
Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suite applications.
