Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and servicing of all warehouse equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, lifts, conveyors, and racking systems
- Troubleshoot equipment faults promptly and carry out necessary repairs and parts replacement to minimize downtime
- Conduct safety inspections of warehouse facilities such as fire-fighting equipment, lighting, and ventilation systems, and address potential hazards in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and establish complete maintenance files for equipment management
- Manage spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance, including inventory control and periodic stocktaking
- Coordinate with external service providers when outsourcing repairs, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Control maintenance costs and use budgets reasonably during repair activities
- Propose improvement suggestions to optimize maintenance processes and enhance efficiency
- Comply strictly with company rules and safety operating procedures
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- At least higher NITEC and above major in mechatronics, mechanics, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse equipment maintenance preferred
- Certificates and skills: Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification
- Familiar with structure, principles, and maintenance methods of common warehouse equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and instruments such as multimeters, wrenches, welding machines, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, good teamwork and problem-solving abilities
