Perform equipment and facility maintenance activities such as PM, CM, and AM during shift operations.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly.
Support improvement initiatives to reduce equipment downtime and enhance production reliability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, production supervisors, and safety teamsto ensure smooth project execution that meets production, schedule, and quality requirements.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors for equipment servicing and contract work execution.
Carry out equipment setup, testing, and qualification processes.
Perform additional tasks as assigned, depending on project needs and business objectives.
Requirements
Higher NITEC/NITEC or Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Open to applicants without prior experience; knowledge of PLC, technical drawings, or Pro-E is an added benefit.
Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Good to have hands-on experience with automated machinery, including PLC systems, robotics, and IoT technologies.
