Job Highlights:

Overseas Training in United States for 10 weeks (1.5 years Bond)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Rapid troubleshooting so as to minimize downtime on failed equipment.
Develop good understanding of Diamond Turning Equipment (including all machines and metrology equipment and any system that supports DT functions)
Preventive maintenance program for the Diamond Turning production and auxiliary equipment
Handle all equipment calibrations (Internal and external)
Maintain Equipment spart part listing and consumption
Lead/participate Lean/6S program
Establish training manual, work instructions and troubleshooting guide

Education

Bachelor degree preferably Electrical& Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, related engineering or equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment servicing

Skills

Well developed fault isolation, problem solving and analytical skills
Able to interpret electrical circuitry, schematic diagrams, mechanical design etc, knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic system will be added advantage
Ability to manage a major project from conception to finish.
Working knowledge of modern computer integrated manufacturing systems and statistical process control is advantageous.
Well developed oral and written communication skills.
Simple tools, jigs and fixture design capabilities.
Ability to investigate, discover, transfer, and ability to use Autocad or other computer design softwares to help in engineering design tasks.

Other Requirement

Must commit to Overseas Training estimate duration of 10 weeks at Coherent site in United States/Philippines for future date. Training bond 1.5 years will start from date of return from overseas.
