Responsibilities:
- Ensure all production machines are in optimal working condition to support smooth operations and minimize defects.
- Perform prompt on-site troubleshooting for any machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with suppliers for unresolved issues and provide remote support based on technical guidelines.
- Set up and validate process workflows to ensure efficient and stable production performance.
- Monitor machine performance to achieve targeted UPH and cycle time goals.
- Support NPI automation activities to ensure seamless implementation and issue-free startup.
