Key Responsibilities
- Set up, assemble and test Semiconductor equipment (Wire Bond/PCBA) and mechanical/electrical components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
- Provide on-site technical support when required
- Collaborate with engineers to diagnose issues and improve systems
- Identify the cause of machine issues and implement permanent solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Higher NITEC or NITEC with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in automation, mechanical, or electrical environments, especially in semiconductor-related industries.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is advantageous.
- 8 Hours Rotating Day & Night shifts
