Position: eQuality Project Manager
Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing (Multinational Corporation)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage eQuality projects to ensure alignment with corporate quality strategy and global standards.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of digital quality systems (e.g., eQMS, compliance tools, CAPA, audit systems).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, IT, Supply Chain) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with across manufacturing operations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and global stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new quality processes, digital tools, and best practices.
- Act as the key point of contact between global headquarters and local sites for all eQuality initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5-8 years experience in quality management, project management, or manufacturing systems implementation, preferably within an MNC.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), regulatory requirements, and digital transformation in manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading system or process improvement projects (preferably eQMS or MES-related).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP/Prince2 or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a multicultural and global environment.
