Job Summary

As an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant (OneStream) at AIQOS Singapore, you will leverage your financial and analytical expertise to deliver tailored OneStream solutions that transform clients finance processes. You will engage with clients to identify business challenges, analyze data to generate actionable insights, and collaborate with teams to implement impactful digital performance management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify and document business needs and challenges related to enterprise performance management
• Translate complex business processes into clear functional and technical system requirements for OneStream software implementation
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients by delivering expert guidance and subject matter expertise
• Communicate and present ideas, solutions, and project progress clearly to clients, team members, and partners
• Capture and apply knowledge, experiences, and best practices from each engagement to continuously strengthen technical and consulting skills
• Establish a professional profile internally and externally as a recognized expert in OneStream and enterprise performance management

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills applied to financial and data analysis tasks
• Experience with SQL, C#, VBA, or VB.net programming to support solution customization and automation
• Experience with OneStream Software or related Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software to implement financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and reporting solutions
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes
