Epic Application Analyst (Multiple Modules) | Singapore (Onsite) | Contract

About the role

We are supporting a major healthcare programme in Singapore and are hiring Epic-certified Application Analysts for immediate and upcoming deployments within a large hospital environment. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to a large-scale digital transformation programme.

• Inpatient ClinDoc + Stork
• Grand Central

• Healthy Planet

Mandatory: Only apply if Active Epic certification in the relevant module(s) one or more above.

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

Start: ASAP (some roles have future start dates)

Contract duration: 9–12 months, 12 months, and select roles up to 24 months (depending on module and start date)

Salary Rate Range: - S$88 – S$135 per hour (commensurate with experience and certification scope)

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation, optimisation, and continuous enhancement of Epic/EMR solutions
• Lead requirements gathering and functional analysis with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Produce high-quality documentation (requirements, workflows, process maps)
• Support end-to-end testing (test planning, execution, defect triage, issue resolution)
• Provide production support and troubleshooting, and recommend performance/process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT workflows, governance, and delivery tracking

Key Requirements

• Active Epic certification in the relevant module(s) is mandatory
• Strong experience across build, optimisation, support, and change delivery
• Proven experience working in complex acute-care/hospital environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore
• Singapore EP holders may apply; EP sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates

Important programme requirement (read carefully)

We are prioritising candidates with onsite install-to-go-live implementation experience (legacy system/paper to Epic).

Post-live support can be considered, but candidates must clearly state which projects were:

1. Onsite install-to-go-live
2. Offshore post-live support
3. Onsite post-live support
4. or a combination.

Note: An Epic upgrade (even end-to-end) is not considered install-to-go-live.
