Epi & Fab Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for III-V epitaxy and wafer fabrication process development to support R&D and manufacturing. Focus on process optimization, yield improvement, cost control, and new product introduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Qualify III-V epitaxy and related fab processes to support R&D and production.

• Drive process improvement, yield enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Apply SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans to monitor, control, and improve process stability.

• Collaborate with international teams on process development and troubleshooting flexibility in working hours is required.

• Use AI/ML tools to improve process control, productivity, and decision-making.
