Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the marine or offshore industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of EPCC processes and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
