Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections of site activities, materials, tools, and workspaces to ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements.
- Monitor and ensure that all workers adhere to MOM regulations and safety protocols.
- Prepare monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessments, Method of Statements, and Permit to Work statistics.
- Oversee and manage all documentation, permits, and licenses related to workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings to address safety concerns, reinforce safe work practices, and communicate important safety information.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to enhance safety awareness and knowledge.
Requirements
- Diploma / GCE O Levels or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in EHS capacity of work, preferably in the construction industry
- Registered WSH Officer with MOM
- Registered ECO with NEA
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety management systems
