Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular safety inspections of site activities, materials, tools, and workspaces to ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure that all workers adhere to MOM regulations and safety protocols.
  • Prepare monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessments, Method of Statements, and Permit to Work statistics.
  • Oversee and manage all documentation, permits, and licenses related to workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings to address safety concerns, reinforce safe work practices, and communicate important safety information.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to enhance safety awareness and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Diploma / GCE O Levels or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in EHS capacity of work, preferably in the construction industry
  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM
  • Registered ECO with NEA
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety management systems
