About The Role

  • Establish, implement, review, and continuously improve the Environmental Management System (EMS) and Environmental Impact & Aspect Assessments

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure environmental health standards are met and facilities do not pose environmental or public health risks

  • Identify and report environmental health issues such as pest infestation, pollution (noise, dust, smoke, water), poor housekeeping, refuse mismanagement, and sanitation issues, and recommend corrective actions

  • Investigate public complaints and support authorities in managing infectious, vector-borne, or food-borne disease incidents when required

  • Maintain proper documentation of all environmental, health, and regulatory records, certificates, and official correspondence

  • Liaise and coordinate with regulatory authorities such as the National Environment Agency (NEA) and Public Utilities Board (PUB) on on environmental compliance, inspections, and statutory requirements

  • Manage environmental-related contractors, including cleaning, pest control, and refuse management services

  • Provide professional advice to clients and site teams in accordance with applicable codes of practice and environmental regulations

  • Prepare reports, findings, and recommendations for management and clients, including inspection reports, incident reports, and compliance updates

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned to support environmental compliance and operational effectiveness

What We're Looking For Someone Who's

Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA

Relevant experience in environmental health, compliance, or site environmental management

Good knowledge of environmental legislation, policies, and regulatory standards
