About the role
As Sales Engineer / Sales Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and providing exceptional customer service. Industries include gas pipeline construction, automated equipment solutions, ACMV, and more across Singapore.

Job Scope:

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our products and services can provide tailored solutions

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business

• Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly

• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and continuously improve our sales processes

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service developments

Job Requirement:

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally involving technical or engineering products/services.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers and stakeholders.

• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
