Managing vessel space - ensuring ships are well-utilised across different trade routes
Planning cargo allocation - tactical decision-making based on booking development.
Monitoring bookings - tracking how quickly space is filling up and adjusting plans when needed
Making real-time decisions - prioritising cargo when space is limited or disruptions occur
Working with global teams - coordinating with planners, commercial teams, and customer service across regions
Handling operational challenges - e.g. delays, transshipment connections, or special cargo requirements
Improving performance - supporting KPIs such as vessel utilisation, booking response time, and on-time loading

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in a related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft and other data tools
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with numbers and identify patterns
