Responsibilities

• Participate actively in one-on-one mentorship and coaching sessions with experienced leaders to enhance skills and knowledge
• Build effective communication and interpersonal skills through collaboration with team members and client interactions
• Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude to drive personal and professional development
• Apply feedback constructively to improve performance and foster continuous growth
• Adapt confidently to new challenges and step outside comfort zones to meet evolving demands
• Contribute effectively within a fast-paced, high-performance team environment to achieve shared goals
