- Working hours: 7.00am - 4.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation such as wash, peel, chop, slice and weigh ingredients
- Assist in plating / serving simple dishes
- Pack take-out orders as needed
- Responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes and equipment.
- Sanitizing work surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and managing trash disposal and liner replacement.
- Organize and stock deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Other ac hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to hygiene and detail
- Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required as training will be provided for those without/ with less experience.
