Entry Level IT/Desktop Engineer (On Job Training Provided) - CEL001

Location: Central Region/Islandwide

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of client platform-related issues.
• Provide Level 1-2 onsite technical support to end users.
• Respond promptly to incidents, conduct investigations, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions for escalated incidents.
• Provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform service requests related to client platforms.
• Monitor agreed service levels, document and maintain system configurations, and provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
• Manage client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned that are relevant to the scope of work.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in IT or relevant technical discipline
• Knowledge of hardware (chipsets, memory, peripherals), OS, and remote connection tools
• Healthcare Compliance: Comfortable working in a hospital environment. This role will require you to take the necessary vaccines
