Summary

Responsibilities

Accompany the Sales Lead to meet and engage with potential clients, understanding their requirements and design preferences.
Assist the Sales Lead in preparing design concepts, material selections, mood boards and quotations for clients.
Develop interior design concepts and layouts based on clients requirements, budget and project specifications.
Prepare design presentations, material proposals and other relevant design documentation.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.
Assist in managing projects from the initial design stage through to project completion.
Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress to ensure designs are properly executed.
Address clients feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure their expectations and requirements are met.
Ensure all design work is aligned with project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties related to interior design and project management as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Art/Design, Creative Multimedia or a related field.
Candidates with relevant experience in interior design, renovation, architecture or related industries will have an added advantage.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply - training will be provided.
Candidates with experience in sales, space planning, interior design, sketching or AutoCAD will be highly advantageous.
Proficient in AutoCAD with a good understanding of design principles and space planning.
