Banking Services Officer – Customer Experience

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to banking products, credit services, loan services, treasury support and bills/payment services while developing strong customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries related to bank accounts, banking products, loans, and credit services.
• Banking Services: Support customers with treasury-related services, bills payments, banking products, credit services, and loan services.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates.
• Product Promotion: Promote banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
• Performance Metrics: Meet performance targets for call resolution, service quality, and schedule adherence.

Shift & Work Schedule

• PM Shifts: Rotating blocks such as 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, :200 PM – 11:00 PM, or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight).
• Rotation: Includes weekends and public holidays on a rotating pattern, typically with one weekday and one weekend day off.
• Compensation: Monthly shift allowances are provided.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates interested in starting a career in the banking/financial services industry are welcome.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Customer service, call centre, banking, finance, or related experience will be an advantage.
• Skills: Professional telephone etiquette, active listening, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work rotating or staggered shift patterns.
• Contract:12-month contract, extendable based on project requirements.
