- Perform unit balancing at end of day.

- Adhere to agreed service levels for turnaround time.

- Ensure proficiency over established Standard Operating

- Procedures and compliance against all relevant policies,

- standards and guidelines.

- Timely reporting & escalation of control issues, service

- lapse etc.

- Contribute toward process improvement initiatives and adhoc projects

- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
