Job Description

Looking for a production role to fill in this empty holiday period Join us as a Production Operator and gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing and assembly of surgical instruments and medical products!

Job Responsibilities

Produce and assemble surgical instruments according to work instructions and production requirements.
Set up, operate and monitor production equipment.
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
Identify and report production bottlenecks and product deviations.
Ensure products meet required quality and production standards.
Provide feedback and observations to engineers to support process development and continuous improvement.
Follow workplace safety, quality and production procedures.

Requirements

No prior experience required candidates with production or manufacturing experience are also welcome.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment.
Able to commit to 2 rotating shifts and any 5 working days per week.
Hands-on, responsible and able to follow detailed work instructions.
Able to commit for at least 6 months.
