Job Scope:
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, sponsorships, and partnerships across regional markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as main liaison between clients, celebrities, agencies, and vendors.
- Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and Korean celebrity engagements.
- Develop proposals and pitch materials to win new business opportunities.
- Support the General Manager in strategic planning, reporting, and team coordination.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and promote a collaborative team culture.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
