Job Description

• Conduct Service Quality Checks for hospitality and healthcare clients to ensure service improvement.

• Establish and develop the Food Manufacturing Plant division, ensuring best practices are implemented.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with all Food Manufacturing clients.

• Participate in the selection and evaluation of chemicals, products, and equipment used for pest management.

• Collect and manage specimen samples, maintaining an organized specimen bank.

• Identify specimens and prepare detailed identification reports with recommended management strategies.

• Conduct research and literature reviews on pest biology, behavior, and management techniques.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of control measures and prepare comprehensive scientific reports.

• Provide technical training to operations teams on the latest developments in pest management.

• Collaborate closely with Operations to resolve pest infestations and related issues.

• Work with the Technical Director on specialized projects, such as developing wireless rodent traps and bird trapping devices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Bioscience, Entomology, or related field.

• Passionate about insects and pest studies, with strong analytical skills.

• Able to conduct and facilitate technical training sessions effectively.
