Job Description
Conduct Service Quality Checks for hospitality and healthcare clients to ensure service improvement.
Establish and develop the Food Manufacturing Plant division, ensuring best practices are implemented.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with all Food Manufacturing clients.
Participate in the selection and evaluation of chemicals, products, and equipment used for pest management.
Collect and manage specimen samples, maintaining an organized specimen bank.
Identify specimens and prepare detailed identification reports with recommended management strategies.
Conduct research and literature reviews on pest biology, behavior, and management techniques.
Evaluate the effectiveness of control measures and prepare comprehensive scientific reports.
Provide technical training to operations teams on the latest developments in pest management.
Collaborate closely with Operations to resolve pest infestations and related issues.
Work with the Technical Director on specialized projects, such as developing wireless rodent traps and bird trapping devices.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Bioscience, Entomology, or related field.
Passionate about insects and pest studies, with strong analytical skills.
Able to conduct and facilitate technical training sessions effectively.
