Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement (ESP) Category Manager - Junior

Responsibilities

. Understanding business requirement and background of purchase

. Lead the end-to-end procurement process by collaborating across different teams, including stakeholders, finance, legal and technology.

. Support stakeholders throughout the process, which includes development of procurement documents, managing the entire tender process, contracting and finance-related operations.

. Develop negotiation strategies to extract best value.

. Ensure compliance with procurement policy and vendor risk framework.

. Enter and maintain accurate records of procurement activities in relevant systems (e.g., INFOmatch, SAP, Coupa).
